  • Submit the application fee of ₹500 to move to the next stage.

    • Online counselling session with our expert admissions team, or
    • Visit the TSU campus for an in-person tour and counselling with our faculty and team.

  • Your eligibility will be assessed based on your Higher Secondary (Class 12) or undergraduate results.
  • If you are awaiting final results, your previous academic performance will be considered for provisional admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & ADMISSION GUIDELINES

At TransStadia University, our mission is to prepare students for real-world success by blending academic rigor with industry-oriented skills. To ensure that students are well-prepared to thrive in our programs, we have set the following eligibility benchmarks:

General Eligibility Criteria

A minimum of 50% marks is required in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or undergraduate degree, depending on the program). Some courses may have subject-specific requirements, as outlined below.

INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS

Eligibility Criteria for International Students

International applicants (non-Indian citizens) must meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of Higher Secondary education or equivalent in their home country, as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
• An Equivalence Certificate from the AIU, New Delhi, is mandatory.

Note: Students can apply for provisional admission by submitting proof of their application to AIU along with the token fee.

Provisional Admission Fee: USD $300
Annual Tuition Fee (Confirmed Admission): USD $3,000 Per Year

OFFER OF ADMISSION

Once a candidate is selected, they will receive an official Offer Letter from TransStadia University. This letter will be valid for 7 working days. To secure your seat, you must confirm your admission by paying the required token fee within this period. If the token fee is not paid within the given time, the offer may be withdrawn, and the seat could be offered to another applicant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of admission cancellation, TransStadia University shall process refunds in accordance with the refund policies prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and any applicable statutory guidelines in force at the time of cancellation.
